I was deeply impacted by the program Paragon hosted for our senior leadership team. Their holistic content is exactly what is needed, yet almost always missing, in organizational development courses. Specifically, I was so impressed that they managed to include critical concepts from very complex topics including: neuroscience, the mind-body connection, and interpersonal relationships in a way that was digestible and immediately applicable. I loved the focus on internal self-awareness and regulation as the key to strong outcomes at work and in life in general. It enabled us to be open, to have calm productive discussions about difficult situations, and to be more creative in planning. This is transformative work and it’s truly unique! I can see tangible impacts in myself and in our leadership and look forward to additional workshops and training with them.

Our organization was fortunate to have Paragon host an engaging workshop during our offsite leadership retreat. They were very effective in sharing concepts and guidance to an audience of government employees that tends to be relatively unreceptive and skeptical. During an exercise focused on team dynamics, Brett & Jeff’s ability to quickly read and intervene a potentially revealing and negative response was not lost on me. Their education, insight, experience, and ability to establish a collaborative team environment is tremendously effective. Not to mention sorely needed in our organization.
