I first heard of Paragon’s work when I attended a summit for CHRO leaders of major colleges and universities. Their message on intelligent energy management resonated strongly and inspired me to engage Paragon for a team project with my HR managers. I was feeling an urgency to support my team that was showing signs of burn out, overwhelm, and were drained due to the effects that the pandemic has had on our campus.

I was deeply impacted by the program Paragon hosted for our senior leadership team. Their holistic content is exactly what is needed, yet almost always missing, in organizational development courses.
