Stress & Resilience

Stress isn’t the enemy—staying stuck in it is. This workshop dives into how your emotional state directly influences your physiology and HRV. You’ll discover how to build emotional regulation, shift into a restorative state with simple tools, and rewire how your nervous system responds to pressure, so you can lead with clarity and calm.

Movement, Nutrition & the Healing Power of Nature

What you eat, how you move, and where you spend time deeply impacts your nervous system. In this final session, we’ll break down the daily habits that promote high HRV—from anti-inflammatory foods to movement that supports recovery. You’ll also learn how connection to nature can become one of your most underrated wellness tools.
